Emotional Freedom Technique is an energy psychology method widely used throughout the world. EFT uses a specific algorithm on the body's energy meridians through means of tapping. This technique is extremely simple and effective. We start by focusing on a particular issue, phobia, traumatic event or a physical pain. By tapping on precise meridian end points on the head, face, and chest, we open up our body's bioenergy system which releases energetic blockages trapped in our bodies. This reconstructs our mind-body balance which is most favorable for healing our physical body and our mental health.

EFT can be highly effective in treating depression, stress, addictions, phobias, PTSD, chronic pain, weight loss, and physical diseases. Emotional barriers can deplete our energy and are a contributing factor to our physical and mental health. Studies on the effectiveness of EFT have been done at Harvard Medical School. Their findings show that EFT provides lasting breakthroughs leading to positive changes which significantly improves peoples lives where traditional talk therapy and medications have failed.

True happiness comes from releasing the emotional confusion that we carry around with us. Fear, self doubt, lack of confidence and undervaluing ourselves keep us from reaching our goals and dreams. These thought processes create mental, emotional and even physical imbalances which effects us adversely. When we are able to release the stories that generate the "dis-ease" within us, we are then able to return to the joy and wonder of life.
