I'm a Certified Life Activation Practitioner and Meditation Guide working with adults who are having difficulty getting through life's challenges. Relationships, health issues and years of buried emotions take a toll on us physically, mentally and emotionally. A life activation and a meditation practice helps us to find our center and gives us the keys to create the beautiful life we want.

I love the practice of meditation to help reduce stress and anxiety. While in a calm and peaceful state we work through core issues that hold us back. Private guided meditations work miracles while providing a secure and relaxed environment to release negative emotions and energy. Navigating our way through trying times is difficult alone. I'm a Certified Soma Sound Therapy practitioner, Certified EFT practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique) and a Reiki Master Teacher. I provide Angel Readings and as an ordained minister, I assist people through grief.
